Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manger/Director with related produce industry experience. As the Sales & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing sales strategies and driving revenue generation within a designated region.

Your primary objective will be to achieve sales targets, promote our healthcare products/services, and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders. Collaborate and innovate with potential and existing clients and key accounts to develop new business opportunities that build and maintain sustainable, mutually beneficial relationships. Accurately forecast sales and cash flows, generate and protect short- and long-term revenue streams and leverage technology and process enhancements to improve financial results.

Business Planning Develop and execute the company's North American business strategies by developing a business model to support long-term financial sustainability. Execute all administrative tasks associated with the commercial function, monitor and respond to market and competitor activities and analysis. Support current and future expansion of consulting operations and ensure the optimal allocation of resources needed to achieve the goals and objectives of the strategic plan.

Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity, providing regular reports and updates to senior management.Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to promote and generate new business opportunities.Manage and maintain accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.
