Our client, a Livestock Feed Supplement company, is searching for a Territory Account Manager to join their team. This remote position will cover North Dakota and South Dakota.

This position requires heavy travel.The Territory Account Manager will be responsible for growing sales and developing new distribution throughout the assigned geography, while providing business direction and support to assigned distributors and dealers.RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and implement action plans and strategies that achieve growth in the assigned territoryCoordinate sales efforts with the Regional Sales Manager, marketing, production, and customer service teamsQuickly master product applications and technical nutritional information to provide a broad range of customer solutionsProvide information on market conditions and potential for new products and services within the assigned territoryDevelop and deliver effective product and sales presentations at the distributor, dealer, and producer levelDevelop annual tonnage and expense budgets, and other reports as requestedPursue customer leads and review sales tactics with the manager to ensure proper positioning of all productsActive participation in industry trade shows and events DESIRED PROFILE:Bachelor s degree, preferably in animal nutrition, animal science, or agriculture business, or equivalent work experience in a related agricultural fieldThe position requires overnight travel.

A valid driver's license and clean driving record are requiredPrior sales territory management in the animal husbandry industry experience is preferredStrong communication, presentation, and people skills are essentialStrategic thinker who is also comfortable thinking outside of the box to solve problems Interested in this Opportunity?
