Required qualifications and background. At least 8-12 years of experience in a leading role in delivering Salesforce Complex and integration heavy projects. Excellent communication skills, written and interactive when online.

Outstanding written communication skills Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing in a way that enables stakeholders to decide with confidence.

A strategic approach to solution design, with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans to support the strategy. Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components LWC, and Salesforce APIs Excellent ability to coach, motivate and direct work tasks to a multi-disciplinary team of Salesforce professionals. Very good debugging skills and able to code if required.
